Customer: Last year, my wife and I, we went to the Outer Banks, and we loved it. The place was perfect, the whole thing was just perfect. We want that again. But then Hurricane Irene hit and we had to evacuate. And we don’t want to do that again. So we need somewhere else to go - maybe Virginia Beach or Maryland or somewhere else in the Carolinas - where we’re not going to have to deal with that again. And I don’t know when these things happen - that was late August last year, so probably we wouldn’t want to go in late August again. So some time out of hurricane season. Hopefully you’ll be able to help me.

Me: So you want exactly the same trip as you had last year but you don’t want to go to the same place, and you don’t know where you want to go, or when you want to go, you just don’t want to be hit by a hurricane. Is that right?
